Timely Pick-Up Policy at LBTKD
At LBTKD, we strive to provide a safe and structured environment for all our students. As part of our commitment to excellence, we have established the following policy regarding timely pick-ups for children:
- Designated Pick-Up Times: Parents and guardians are expected to pick up their children promptly at the designated pick-up times following the conclusion of their class.
- Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we provide a grace period of 5 minutes after the class ends for pick-up.
- Late Pick-Up Fee: In the event that a child is not picked up within the grace period, a late pick-up fee of £10.00 will be applied for every 15 minutes thereafter.
- Communication: It is essential to communicate any delays or changes in pick-up arrangements in advance to the LBTKD staff. This ensures that appropriate arrangements can be made for the child’s supervision until they are picked up.
- Emergency Contact Information: Parents and guardians are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact information in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
- Repeated Offences: Repeated instances of late pick-ups may result in further action, including a meeting with LBTKD to discuss the issue and potential consequences.
